Researchers find number of fatal crashes increase on Tax Day

Researchers have released findings from a study that analyzed car accidents over the past 30 days.

According to the study, the number of fatal car accidents that  have occurred on Tax Day over the past 30 years is 6,783, which equals out to almost 226 each Tax Day.

On another day the week before Tax Day, the number of accidents was at 213. Researchers are unsure what causes the 6 percent increase, but some think that people may be under more stress on this day or they may be rushing to the post office.
