Rhinelander Citizen’s Police Academy Gives Insight into Law Enforcement

The Rhinelander Police Department has announced that they will hold their second Citizen’s Police Academy, which will run for nine weeks, starting in early March. The program’s mission is to educate citizens about the everyday activities of law enforcement and help them become more aware of their ability as citizens to keep their community safe.

Rhinelander police officers will teach those in the program about arrest and defense tactics, car accident investigations, operating under the influence, firearms, drug investigations, and other issues that police officers run in to on a day-to-day basis. Citizens will also be allowed to take a four hour ride-along with officers to see them at work.

Our police officers provide an invaluable service to keep our communities and our roadways safe. If you or a loved one has been injured in a car accident, contact the Rhinelander car accident lawyers of Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. ®, at 1-800-242-2874.
