Two motorcyclists killed in Sunday night hit-and-run accident

On Sunday, April 20 a Rock County hit-and-run accident resulted in two motorcyclist fatalities.

The Rock County Sheriff’s Office reported that Mitchell J. Vance, 24, and Devin J. Julius, 18, suffered from fatal injuries after being hit by an oncoming SUV that crossed the highway’s center line. The SUV immediately fled the scene of the accident. Vance and Julius were members of a fleet of five motorcyclists driving along Highway 14.

Anyone with information on the SUV that caused the accident is urged to contact the Rock County Sheriff’s Office.
